Includes round-table rules for creating you and your friends as 0 level characters, a d100 table of random superpowers you might generate, an obligatory German Doctor Villain, and a lab to escape from complimented with superhuman monsters, scientists and security goons! The NPC index includes additional Big Bad level monsters like the Star-Spangled Psychopath, the Holistic Assassin, and the G-Man (in his armored 1933 Hudson Motor Company Essex-Terraplane 8-Cylinder Coupe), and the Human A-Bomb (who uses the Outrider Blast Simulator to give you real life estimates of destruction)!
